Data Deletion Instructions

NEXA LOGIX respects your privacy and your right to request deletion of your personal information.

If you have used Facebook Login, WhatsApp Business, or any Meta service connected to NEXA LOGIX and would like your personal data removed from our systems, you may submit a deletion request by following the instructions below.

Please include:

• Your full name
• Your email address
• Your phone number (if applicable)
• Your Facebook or Meta account email (if used)
• A brief description of the data you would like deleted

Processing Time

Once your identity has been verified, we will process your request within 30 days unless we are legally required to retain certain records for tax, security, fraud prevention, or other legal obligations.

What We Delete

• Account information
• Profile information
• Contact details
• Messages stored in our systems
• Associated Meta account information (where applicable)

Data That May Be Retained

Certain records may be retained where required by applicable laws, including financial records, invoices, audit logs, fraud prevention data, or other legal compliance requirements.
