1. Subscription Payments

All subscription fees are billed in advance and provide access to software services for the applicable subscription period.

2. Non-Refundable Services

Unless required by applicable law, subscription payments are non-refundable once access to the platform has been granted.

All refund requests are reviewed individually. NEXA LOGIX reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests at its sole discretion.

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds may take between 5 and 14 business days depending on the payment provider and banking institution.

7. Subscription Cancellation

Customers may cancel subscriptions at any time. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund.

8. Chargebacks

Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may result in immediate suspension or termination of platform access.
