NEXA LOGIX provides cloud-based logistics management software, shipment tracking, driver management, route planning, invoicing, reporting, analytics, customer support, and related services.
Access to certain features requires an active subscription plan. Plans may include Starter, Professional, Enterprise, or any future plans offered by NEXA LOGIX.
Features, usage limits, storage limits, and pricing may vary by plan.

All software, source code, trademarks, branding, designs, logos, and intellectual property remain the exclusive property of NEXA LOGIX (PTY) LTD.
Customers retain ownership of operational data entered into the system. NEXA LOGIX may store, process, and secure such data solely for providing services.
NEXA LOGIX strives for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, updates, outages, or third-party failures may occur.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NEXA LOGIX shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or loss-of-profit damages arising from use of the platform.
Users are responsible for maintaining account security. NEXA LOGIX shall not be liable for losses resulting from compromised credentials.
NEXA LOGIX reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activities, or fail to maintain active subscriptions.
These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
